DC has recently unveiled the inaugural full-length trailer for “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,” marking the second installment in the Aquaman film series.
Within the first 24 hours of its debut, the nearly three-minute preview has already garnered an impressive five million views.
The trailer depicts Jason Momoa’s character, Arthur Curry, balancing his responsibilities on land while caring for his new baby. However, duty calls as he must once again assume the mantle of Aquaman, the King of Atlantis. Joining forces with a stellar cast including Nicole Kidman, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Patrick Wilson, they unite to confront ominous forces threatening the peace of the submerged realm of Atlantis.
The sequel has been a long time in the works: in March 2022 Aquaman was one of a number of films pushed back by Warner Bros. because of delays in production caused by the pandemic and its knock-on effects.
