My name is Peter Aderemi Julius once known as Popzycole now known as El Baddoe. I’m an actor, artist, producer, filmmaker, storyteller, songwriter.
WHERE DID YOU GROW U?
I was born and breed in the early 90s in Ejigbo, Lagos.
CAN YOU RECALL THE FIRST MOVIE YOU ACTED?
The first movie I did then was The Brothers (ọmọ Ìyá) and it was produced by Adeboye olayinka and directed by Fatai Isiaka DYNAMIC.
HOW EXACTLY DID YOU COME INTO THE MOVIE INDUSTRY?
My journey into the movie Industry can be traced back to when I showed the Interest and my immediate sister who is a fashion designer paved way for me.
WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES YOU FACED?
Hmm in life challenge is part of life and in all you do, don’t expect things to work without any problem. At that early stage, the major set back then was financial challenge.
WHO WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO BELIEVE IN YOU?
I believed in myself before anyone else.
What’s the inspiration behind your first job ?
To break barriers in life, one must be determined regardless of what happens. I was determined.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON MOVIE PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA?
The quality of movies produced in Nigeria today is way better than what it was back then but lack of support from financial institutions and government is what has affected the quality of our productions.

Is It True That We Have More Unprofessional Actors Than Professional Ones in the Movie Industry?
Yes……
As a production crew how do you cope with working with unprofessional actors?
Patient is another key to success for any crew member to be successful he or she must be extremely patient enough to work under pressure and produce results.
What is the relationship between a PM and a Director?
in simple sentence – the pm manage business side of the production, while the director handles the creative side.
